Ask the StudioWhich garments can I customize?
Five premium SUPIMA® blanks: the Classic Tee 150, Premium Tee 200 and Relax Tee 280, plus the Classic and Premium Long Sleeve tees. Choose a colour from our range, then the decoration method that suits your artwork.
What should I send with my brief?
Your artwork, the garment and colour you have in mind, the placement and the quantity. Vector files such as SVG, AI or PDF work best for embroidery and screen print, and high-resolution PNG suits DTG and DTF. Not sure yet? Send what you have and the studio will advise. Your quote follows within 24 hours.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum for standard decorated orders. You can order a single piece, then scale when you are ready.
Made-to-order pieces in our stock fabric and colours start from 50 pieces per style and colour. Custom colour and full custom development start from 300 pieces per style and colour.
How is pricing calculated?
Your price reflects the garment, the decoration method, the number of placements and the quantity. Everything is itemised in your quote, so you see exactly what you are paying for before you approve anything.
How long does production take?
Lead time is typically 3 to 4 weeks. The exact date depends on quantity, method and destination, and your quote confirms it.
Can I order a sample first?
Yes. We produce a physical sample on your chosen blank, so you can feel the cotton and check the decoration before the full run. Single-piece samples are available, and sample pricing is quoted with your brief.
Where do you ship?
Worldwide. Orders to the EU are delivered duty paid, and other destinations are quoted per order, based on destination, weight and service. We can deliver to you, your warehouse or your customer.
Can I add my own labels?
Yes. We remove the original label and set your woven or printed label in its place, so every piece carries your brand. Custom neck labels start at 50 units.
